What we can teach you

There are quite some theoretical basics you should know before you can get fit for working with machines, of course: What are the characteristics of different materials, how do tools and machines work and what processes are used? In addition to these basics, we will also teach you how modern technology is used to produce parts and to verify their quality.

What we have to offer

We provide training to fill our own vacancies. What that means is that if you complete the three-and-a-half-year training program (shortcuts may be available depending on circumstances), we will offer you a secure job with us. We will also be happy to support your further skill development and provide further training. And then, of course, there is good pay and a great team that will make you will feel welcome.

What we expect from you

You should have at least a good lower secondary school leaving certificate. You should also enjoy putting both your hands and your brain to work.
